This attractive, fun and educational gastronomic event is usually held on the last weekend in June. Behind the old citadel, under the shade of our old trees, from 6 PM onwards, on Saturday and Sunday, homemade pasta lovers gather from all around to try our delicacies.

From the large open-air kitchen one can easily smell homemade meat sauce, truffles, vegetables, fish and other Istrian produce that can be combined with pasta. Expert chefs and their teams, offer visitors sweet and savoury menus at promotional prices, such as: “fuži” with prosciutto and rocket, “makaruni” with Istrian beef sauce, “ravioli” with shrimps and zucchini, “ravioli” with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cream, gnocchi with chocolate and truffle spread or Labin’s “krafi” with muscat wine reduction.
